Behavioral health & counseling

Every call answered. Every intake handled right.

You can't answer the phone mid-session, and the client calling won't leave a voicemail. We build an AI front desk for behavioral-health practices — inquiries answered around the clock, intakes booked, and client information handled to the standard your license depends on.

Not a generic AI receptionist. Designed for HIPAA — and for 42 CFR Part 2 where addiction treatment demands more.

Where a practice loses money without noticing.

Missed calls are missed clients

A new-client call that hits voicemail usually never calls back. An AI front desk answers every inquiry — nights, weekends, mid-session — captures the details, and books the intake.

Intake that protects client information

Paper packets and generic web forms leak. We build digital intake with encrypted storage, audit logs, and e-signed consents — private client information handled the way it has to be.

No-shows quietly bleed the calendar

Smart reminders by text and email, plus a waitlist that auto-fills a slot the moment someone cancels — so an open hour finds a client instead of costing you one.

We already build compliant intake for working practices — this is the same standard of work, extended to the whole front desk. The scope is deliberately narrow: scheduling, intake, and admin. Never clinical, never crisis response —that always goes to a human.

Questions practices actually ask.

Is this actually compliant for a behavioral-health practice?
Compliance is the design constraint, not a checkbox at the end. Client information is encrypted and audit-logged, consents are e-signed, and we put agreements in place with every vendor that touches protected information. For addiction and MAT practices we design to 42 CFR Part 2's stricter standard, not just HIPAA.
Does the AI talk to clients about clinical matters?
No — and that's deliberate. This is a front desk: scheduling, intake, reminders, and admin questions only. Anything resembling crisis or clinical language is escalated immediately to a human and to 988 resources. The AI never counsels.
We're a small practice. Is this built for us?
It's built specifically for solo-to-small practices — one to ten providers, no front desk or one overwhelmed admin. If you have a hospital IT department, you have other options; if the phone rings while you're in session, this is for you.
What does it cost, and what's the commitment?
Scoped and quoted fixed, like everything we build. We're onboarding a small set of early practices right now, working closely with each one — the first conversation is free and tells you exactly what it would look like for your practice.

Tell us how new clients reach you today, and we'll show you what a front desk that never sleeps looks like.
